fc4a8b8628 Temporarily allow read-only devices. 
This way the KPMcore libpartedbackend scanner won't filter out Parted
devices of type UNKNOWN.

e9d2312002 PCM::createPartition now includes SetPartFlagsJob. 
Also remove outstanding SetPartFlagsJobs when deleting a new partition.
