shell-model: Remove old categories Since we don't maintain two different shells anymore, there is no need to maintain the two different sets of categories in the desktop files. Show Printers & Region panels in Unity but hide Background Ubuntu plans to fork a separate Appearance panel this cycle so that Gnomebuntu can use the GNOME Background panel.
