(capplet_fool_the_linker):
(mouse_capplet_create_image_widget):
(mouse_capplet_create_image_widget_canvas): implement.
This sets antialiased pixmaps for the mouse capplet. Maybe this
call should in common. Closes bug #58293

The DESKTOP_EXEC_LINE was missing the --capplet at the end, add.
(cappletname): add pixmap_DATA to EXTRA_DIST
Remove the desktop_IN_RULE. Althou it sounds nice cause we have a central location to set it up, it causes problems in some configruations.
