	* configure.in: Remove IMLIB check
	(GNOMECC_CAPPLETS_DESKTOP_IN_RULE): Add sed expression to cover
	macro DESKTOP_EXEC_LINE
	(LIBCOMMON_DIR): Add option --enable-bonobo-conf

	* all: Added support for optionally compiling without bonobo-conf enabled
