application: Modernize codebase

This commit ports CcApplication to use the modern
code practices and utilities, removing the boilerplate
macros. Namely, this commit introduces:

 * G_DECLARE_FINAL_TYPE
 * Remove unnecessary private field
 * Unifies parameter layout
