info: Make margins consistent with other panels
...
All the new panels have a standard 24px margin now, so
since we're already splitting the info pages into separate
panels, also fix this minor annoyance.

removable-media: Avoid use of GtkAlignment

GtkAlignment has been deprecated since Gtk 3.14.
So Let's replace it with properties like "valign", "halign",
"margin", and so on.
