Previously the widget was using a hack to show
separators and had a row nested in a listbox,
nested in a box. Instead of having a custom setup
to work around not haveing a listbox, we can use a
listbox.

Boy this was hard.
To ease the pain of porting wireless-security to GTK4, add
a new WsFileChooserButton class that mimics the behavior of
a button that triggers a filechooser, as per the migration
guide suggests.
There were lots of GtkGrids, so the diff is particularly
horrendous. Sorry.
This needs serious testing before landing.
This factorizes the row creation a bit and normalizes the margins and
spacing, reducing the required width. This also makes labels like row
titles and descriptions ellipsizable so the rows can reach narrower
widths.
While it isn't possible, or even advisable, to make all the list
box rows the same height, using a number of standard heights will
make the control center feel more harmoneous.
Adust the height of the list box rows in Color, Date & Time,
Mouse & Touchpad, Network, Privacy, Region & Language, Sharing
and Universal Access. Makes standard rows that contain labels
and/or controls 58px tall. Some other rows, such as those which
contain two lines of text, are allowed to be taller.

The last remaining network device to be updated is
the VPN device, and this patch is the result of this
effort.
The changes were mostly towards cleaning up and
removing unecessary code. By removing the info labels,
many getters were removed as well.
In order to achieve a listbox-like UI, a couple of
UI refactorings.

Use the 'image-button' style class to make symbolic buttons square
(as supported by latest Adwaita), and make sure to use the correct icon
size for all symbolics to avoid fuzzyness.

If you click the sections in the left side treeview, some of the
elements in the right page headers will move a couple of pixels.
Also, since the WPAD warning label was always visible, the alignment of
the controls section in the Proxy page was suboptimal.
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=693357
In bug 689638, the designers only asked for the list icons
to be symbolic, not the big icons in the page headings. The
current code was failing on both ends: virtual devices like
vlan still had non-symbolic icons in the list, and several
pages (e.g mobile and proxy) had symbolic icons in the headings.
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=693001
This is consistent with the guideline to use symbolic icons for
classes and reserve full color icons for "things" like apps, people,
documents, pages, etc.
It is also consistent with how these devices are displayed in the
network menu, notifications, and dialogs.

Unfortunately, the VPN plugins provide their own .ui files for their
editor pages, so we can't make them look competely GNOME-3-ish. But
the code does try to fix them up a little bit by realigning the
labels.
vpn-helpers.[ch] is nearly identical to network-manager-applet's,
but eventually this code will move into libnm-gtk.
