a209fed611 wacom: Allow decoupling screen tablets from their respective output 
This is useful for 2 cases:
- Tablet-input-driven setups where it makes sense to be able to quickly
  reach other monitors with the tablet.
- (Hopefully a minority) Cases where our display mapping heuristics go
  wrong and tablet gets assigned to a wrong monitor.

67c8ef42d7 wacom: Align buttons/links to the left side 
Looks more natural this way. All buttons and links have been moved
into the main grid so this is possible. The links additionally had
to be removed all the padding so they actually align visually.

b770d37457 wacom: Refurbish UI files 
Some improvements to fit better with the new design:
- "no configured ..." page for both stylus/tablet sections
- the navigation buttons are now children of GtkRevealers, so
  size doesn't popup
- Empty placeholder in several containers have been removed.

fdef36294a wacom: Set several notebooks' show-border property to FALSE 
Since GTK+ commit 05b1ea84b, this hint is used in GtkNotebook to add
a GTK_STYLE_CLASS_FRAME when rendering the notebook frame, so the theme
renders those frame-alike. As it's not what we want for the wacom panel,
set show-border to FALSE on all GtkNotebooks.

41e55372a9 wacom: split the main page controls in a separate GtkGrid 
The effect we want to achieve is to have the model name and button box
padded 16px to the left of the tablet controls below.
Pack all the tablet controls in a separate GtkGrid, so we can just set a
margin on that and offset its contents from the model above.

5dec19e907 wacom: set margin directly on the navigation button label 
Instead of setting it in the main label for each UI file. This ensures
the navigation button is automatically made bigger inside the grid.

a4c96614bf wacom: add a left-handed switch 
Add a switch for left-handed orientation (read: no/180 degree
rotation). g-s-d and  the driver allow for 4 orientations, so this only
activates the switch as "on" if the rotation is "half".
