9def0c98e3 sound: tweak default alert sounds 
- one more review pass by the designers:
  - shorter
  - tone down reverb
  - fine tune the pan on swing
  - forceful fade out to 0 on all clips

Old sound alerts set by users will be migrated to the "click"
sound alert.
