d42affc965 Merging of my tree. 
This contains:

* a few capplets were redone UI wise:

  ui-properties
  keyboard
  background-properties

* splitting of libcapplet out of this modules (into libcapplet)

* new html-based view in the control-center

* initial import of functional root-manager

This stuff isn't all done yet, but I wanted to get it in.

TODO files will hopefully follow.

20cfbbfeb6 reworked the heirarchy of the tree. 
Now it makes a bit more sense, maybe...
also, changed the indent size of the tree.

724309cdfb This will switch themes. You need themes for it to compile so you 
need to edit the gnome-core/capplets/Makefile.am and
gnome-core/configure.in to get this to compile.  If you do, it's
pretty cool...
