Christopher Davis de16d7bb39 network: Use AdwActionRow and GtkListBox for vpn list
Previously the widget was using a hack to show
separators and had a row nested in a listbox,
nested in a box. Instead of having a custom setup
to work around not haveing a listbox, we can use a
listbox.
