	New files. Trying to clean up current capplet source and

	Brand new functions.

	* mime-type-capplet/Makefile.am:
	Added new source file listed above.

	(init_mime_capplet), (populate_application_menu),
	(populate_component_menu), (edit_applications_clicked),
	(edit_components_clicked):
	Work on setting up info view.
