- When the doer blocks an user, who is also an collaborator on an
repository that the doer owns, remove that collaboration.
- Added unit tests.
- Refactor the unit test to be more organized.

Add a few extra test cases and test functions for the collaboration
model to get everything covered by tests (except for error handling, as
we cannot suddenly mock errors from the database).
