EDT 1998 Gregory McLean 99cbb093f6 changed the AC_PROG_LEX -> AM_PROG_LEX though I couldn't find any lex

        * configure.in: changed the AC_PROG_LEX -> AM_PROG_LEX
          though I couldn't find any lex files that this is needed
          for. IIRC automake 1.2 supports this macro also.
	* applets/netwatch/netwatch.c: some work on getting it to work
	  with the new applet_lib stuff.
	* applets/netwatch/netwatch-old.c: is the original code.
