control-center crash.
* capplets/desktop-links/Makefile.am:
comment out the panel data install entries to respect
new panel organisation. ".directory" are now installed
correctly.
* capplets/Makefile.am (always_built_SUBDIRS): uncomment
desktop-link. This was causing gnomecc to crash :(
