        No more ugly notebook within notebook! :-)
        Removed ui-properties.desktop, added application.desktop,
        dialogs.desktop, and mdi.desktop with the appropriate name translations
        that were in po. Also added ui-properties.directory.

44b6dd0934 Made fvwmpager module self contained. It does not need the fvwm2 sources 
to compile.
The fvwmpager module integrates a little bit better with
gnomepager_applet now.
Various bug fixes.

a7a5d7f989 GNOME-standard autogen.sh scripts automatically run 'automake -a'. -a 
installs any necessary files that are required in a GNU-standard
install, such as COPYING, INSTALL, mkinstalldirs, etc.

So begone, automake-installed files.
