        Removed ui-properties.desktop, added application.desktop,

44b6dd0934 Made fvwmpager module self contained. It does not need the fvwm2 sources 
to compile.
The fvwmpager module integrates a little bit better with
gnomepager_applet now.
Various bug fixes.
