7b33be9d14 printers: Fix multiple definitions of libprinters_la_CPPFLAGS 
CUPS_CPPFLAGS is in AM_CPPFLAGS, so we can just remove the first
definition (which I guess has been ignored).

15a98c3fd8 network: Show an error when we fail to turn off hotspot 
And reset the switch as well. I don't know in which circumstance it
could happen, but it's all we can do for now.
