99c1d959be screen: Make sure the combo box is always set 
If a value is between 2 values, choose the upper one. If a value
is higher than the maximim used in the combobox, set it to the
maximum.

fc4bf8bf9d printers: Change widget showing supply levels 
Show Ink/Toner levels in one rectangle now. It sorts
levels and shows the highest level. It paints the lower
levels on top of that. So the lowest level is on top
(overlapping the others).
It also shows "Ink Level"/"Toner Level"/"Supply Level"
label for corresponding supplies now.

d79e31da32 screen: Hide the brightness slider when it cannot be set
